Introduction Charterer's Liability

This product is designed for companies chartering vessels, trading cargo and involved in freight operations. We offer a unique insurance which provides legal assistance by our in-house claims team and, if required, covers the external legal costs for resisting or establishing claims in relation to contracts of sale & purchase of goods. This insurance is particularly interesting for Traders, hence the name of this product.
